Leo’s Pad Appisode 2 – Rocket to the Stars

Leos Pad Appisode 2

A while ago, I introduced the educational app for preschooler Leo’s Pad Appisode 1, and I liked it very much.  Now they have the 2nd Appisode out, I found it is as good as the first one, if not better.  For those did not read about Leo’s Pad Appisode 1, you can find out more about it HERE.

In Appisode 2, Leo and Gally, with help from their friend Marie, build a rocket for Gally’s birthday.  Kids will help them build the rocket by tracing, sorting rocket parts, mixing fuels of different colors, and guiding the rocket through space.  In addition to color, shape, fine motor skills, the appisode also teaches a lot soft skills – following instructions, asking for help, not giving up after fails, offering positive feedbacks to friends, appreciating other’s help.  The nice thing about Leo’s Pad, it is not just telling kids “say thank you”, it is showing kids how to do it by examples: Gally thanks kids after they put the rocket together (from tracing the parts) “Thanks for the hard work”. While he was saying so, kids see the full Leo's Pad Episode 2screen shot of Gally’s face with the sincere look.  Kids would definitely feel Gally is talking to them.

iGameMom Comment:

Leo’s Pad is one of the best designed educational apps addressing kids as a whole.  It is easy to each just numbers or letters, it is not easy to build the soft skills into the learning process.  This makes Leo’s Pad stand out among many educational apps for toddlers and preschoolers.  I highly recommend it.

Leo’s Pad is available for iPAD only.  It is at the introductory price $1.99 on App Store.  Get it now before the promotion is over.

If you would like to check it out or purchase it, please use the App Store link provided below. The cost is the same to you, but iGameMom gets a small percentage. Thanks for your support! Note: The link works for all countries.

So if a person downloaded the first and the second one, that would be like getting two apps for around $1 each — that seems like a good deal to me! I have forwarded this to my daughter since she’s trying to watch her pennies but also wants my grandsons to have good learning apps.

I like the way you do the math. I truly believe this is one of the best educational app I have ever seen. Now it is really a good deal.
