Beautiful App for Kids about Fruits

Beautiful App for Kids about Fruits post image

Do you children like fruits? How do you get kids to like fruits? Studies have shown that the more kids are exposed to the food, and the more they know about the food, the more likely they will like the food. Today we introduce a beautiful app for kids about fruits. It is a set of fruit flash cards with voice.

There are many flashcard apps. I really liked this one. One thing unique about this app is the ability to record your own voice. On each card, you will see a little voice button at the top right corner of the screen. Tap on that little button, you can speak the corresponding word for each fruit picture, in your own voice. It will also be a neat idea if your child is willing to record the word in his/her voice. Once the voice is recorded for that card, you will hear it every time you get that card afterwards.

This is great for kids to hear familiar voices. It also gives users the flexibility to record in different languages. If you are trying to teach kids a second language, you can record the words in two languages.

One thing to note, to be able to see the recording function, you have to enable the app to access the device microphone. To do that, you exit the app, tap on Setting of the device, then Privacy, then Microphone. From here, you will see a list of apps, pick Look Fruit and turn the option on.

There are 23 fruits in the app. Some are common ones you see in typical grocery stores in the US, some are not so common fruits, such as Rambutan. The pictures are so bright and real, it is hard not to fall in love with them. My only wish is to see the fruits in different settings, like on the trees, on a table, and the inside of the fruit.

Look Fruit is available for iPhone, iPod and iPad. It is $1.99 on App Store.

If you would like to check it out or purchase it, please use the App Store link provided below. The cost is the same to you, but iGameMom gets a small percentage. Thanks for your support! Note: The link works for all countries.
