One app went free is Math Racer. I did not review it. From my quick view, you can think it as a timed math flash card for early elementary school kids. It trains kids to get the simple math calculations quickly. Original price $4.99. I don’t think it worth $5, but for Free, it is a good addition to your math tool box.

The 2nd App went free today is Toca Doctor. This was reviewed 
at iGameMom a while ago. If you want to read my review, go HERE. I reviewed it when it was free. But it is not free all the time. A great app for young kids – go get it before the price goes up!

there are couple other math apps you may find helpful too: Marble math, Mathemagics, and Math vs. Zombies.
