Scooby-Doo Who Are You is a book app from Hallmark made for their Interactive Story Buddy line. However, the app stays independent of the Story Buddy. If you have a Scooby-Doo Story Buddy and have it on while reading the book, you will enjoy the interactions between the app and the Story Buddy. If you don’t have the Story Buddy, you can still enjoy the app with no interruptions.
The app includes a story of how Shaggy and the gang first came to meet their ol’ pal Scooby-Doo at the Coolsville Pet Adoption Fair. By default, the book is read to you. For kids who want to read by themselves, you can turn the narration off by tapping the little book icon at the bottom-right corner of the screen.
One feature I love is the recording function in this app. You can record your own reading. This is a great option for parents who cannot read to their kids everyday. The children will still be able to hear their parents’ voice even when mom or dad is not around. 
In addition to the story, there are kid-friendly puzzle games and matching games featuring groovy objects and characters from the book.

It is a cute short story, great for bed time reading. The record-your-own-reading function is great for parents who travel a lot, or who cannot stay with the kids everyday.
