Interactive Adventure App Series – Adorable Dog Stories

Millie Book App Series

Millie is an interactive adventure app series for kids.

We are big fans of Millie and have been so ever since her first adventure, Millie Was Here. By her second adventure, Millie and the Lost Key, we fell in love with her even more as she roamed and combed vast and mysterious regions (some of which look suspiciously like Central Park in New York) in search of a lost key. She encountered several treacherous obstacles and enemies on her quest and no one at the dog run seemed to be able to help her. Did I mention Millie was a dog? Well, she’s not just any dog, she’s a dog with super powers and a deep and affectionate love of bacon.Adventure Stories of a Dog - Interactive Book App Series for Kids

Why will your little ones love Millie? I think the answer lies in the people who wrote, developed and narrated her story. They seem to have a very cheeky sense of humor. Since adventure seems to find Millie wherever she goes, the arcs of the books are entertaining on their own. Then, in addition, each page of the story is interactive, cleverly designed and sometimes gives way to a surprise doggy themed game. You can read about Millie yourself, you can have a very dramatic narrator read about Millie to you, and you can even put Millie on bedtime mode to soften the brightness of the pages. And guess what else? There is a hidden sticker on every page, an absolute joy for a 3 year old I think older kids will get into to as well. I know my husband and I did.

All Millie books are available for iPhone, iPod and iPAD. Currently Millie has 3 books in the series, plus 2 Halloween specials. The first book is free, all other books in the series are $1.99 each. The Halloween books are $0.99 each.
