With children using the iPad, it is unavoidable to have a dirty screen every now and then, and sometimes even got food on it. How to clean the screen safely?
What to do before cleaning:
1. Unplug all cables
2. Turn off iPad by pressing and holding the Sleep/Wake button, and then sliding the onscreen slider.
3. Take the iPad cover off if necessary.
4. Blow away any solid particles on the screen. Otherwise, you may get scratches on the screen.
What to use:
Soft, slightly damp, lint-free cloth
What NOT to use:
Alcohol, window cleaners, household cleaners, aerosol sprays, solvents, ammonia, or abrasives

If all these won’t get the screen clean, it is probably time to consider getting a Screen Protector .
Enjoy!

Hi there i am kavin, its my first occasion to commenting anywhere, when i read this paragraph i thought i could also make comment due to this good paragraph.
there are always first times. thanks for leaving your first comment here.
Your “like” brought me to your web site. Thanks! Love the cleaning tip. I’m also going to be using your game recommendations when I take a 20 hour flight with my toddler and four-year-old. The iPad might prove to be my salvation on that journey.
Thanks Anjali! Good luck with your flight. We are going to have a long flight too. I am preparing my iPAD for the trip right now. I am so happy we have the iPAD now, it will save so much space in the carry-on backpack, now that everything is on one device.
This is a great post. Every evening when the 3 year old has to surrender the iPad back to Grandma, I look at it and groan. I really do want my own … oh, ya, this one is mine. Off to find a soft damp cloth!
Good luck! If it still does not clean, consider a screen protector. 😉
Thank you, I really needed these tips. I’m the guilty one of not keeping it clean 😉
It is easier to tell others what to do. 🙂 I wrote it as a reminder for myself too.
